Description

Clinic and Lab Coordinators!! Our roles are essential to the quality of our programs, and to the experiences of our faculty and students. It is imperative that we gather together to stay updated and collaborated to be our best in our roles. RISE 2024 is just for you and we are so excited about gathering together in April! During an exclusive live, virtual, three-session conference, April 11th, 18th and 25th we will collectively take a journey discussing critical, advanced and innovative aspects of our roles as clinic coordinators.

Day 1: In our first session, we'll dive deep into the clinic coordinator's role and its vital connection to faculty. From onboarding newer faculty members to ensuring calibration across our instructors, we'll address common issues surrounding faculty expectations and program goals, providing actionable solutions to enhance our effectiveness as a clinic or lab coordinator. We will learn also how to foster and develop the next generation of clinic instructors.

Day 2: Next up, we'll explore the essential relationship between clinic coordinators and program success. Learn from CODA experts about implementing streamlined processes to collect accreditation essentials, ensuring smooth site visits and program compliance. We will also be apprised of important clinical board exam updates.

Day 3: Lastly, in our third session, we'll focus on fostering meaningful connections between clinic coordinators and students. Discover strategies to nurture successful student experiences, keep them on track with program requirements, and provide opportunities for vital self-reflection and mentoring – all essential components for meeting CODA standards.
